  • One platform only: We exclusively use LastPass—no sharing of passwords via WhatsApp, email, spreadsheets, or text messages.

3. How to Use LastPass Effectively

  • Log in: Click on the Chrome extension and enter the master password once per session.
  • Auto-fill: Let LastPass auto-fill credentials for you to ensure correct entry and avoid reuse of weak passwords.
  • Access granted: You can access shared account credentials securely from your vault. Don’t ask team members directly for passwords.

  • Never share master password or emergency codes. Only share via LastPass’ secure sharing tool.
