- Visit dropbox.com
- Use the main company login credentials stored securely in LastPass.
- If you do not have access to LastPass, ask Katie.
2οΈβ£ Key Areas to Know
Once logged in, familiarize yourself with the following main folders:
π Easy Air Shared Company Docs
- Contains general company documents and SOPs.
- Reference this for any shared company policies or internal workflows.
π All Photos
- Central repository for miscellaneous images.
- May include marketing content, social media images, or property visuals not yet categorized.
π Client Photos with Inventories
- This is one of the most important folders.
- Inside, you will find a folder for each property.
- Each property folder includes:
- πΈ Inventory photos β use these to answer guest questions about whatβs provided.
- π Spare key location photos β inspectors upload this during due diligence.
- π Any other important property documentation or images.
Inspectors are responsible for uploading and updating these files as part of their inspections and walkthroughs.
π Marketing Folder
- This is where youβll find branded materials such as:
