Getting Started with Touch Stay – How to Edit & Update Your Digital Guidebook


🔐 Purpose

To ensure that guest-facing details such as Wi-Fi, keypad/lockbox codes, and amenities are always up to date in each property’s TouchStay guide.


✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Log In

  • Go to touchstay.com.
  • Click Login in the upper right.
  • Use the main company credentials stored in LastPass. If you don’t have access, ask a manager.

2️⃣ Access the Guide

  • After logging in, locate the property guide you want to edit.
  • On the right side of the guide name, click the three dots (•••).
  • Select “Edit Guide.”

3️⃣ Navigate to Guide Content

  • Inside the guide settings, click on “Guide Content” in the menu.
  • At the top right of the content list, click the turquoise dropdown arrow to expand all sections. This helps you find what you’re looking for quickly.

4️⃣ Edit a Specific Section

  • Scroll or search to locate the section you want to update (e.g., Wi-Fi Info, Entry Instructions, Appliances, etc.).
  • Click the three dots (•••) next to that section.
  • Select “Edit Custom Text.”
  • Make your updates (e.g., change the Wi-Fi password, update a door code, add a new amenity).
  • Click Save.

🧠 Additional Notes

  • If editing for one property only, always use “Edit Custom Text.”
  • If updating shared content across multiple properties, go to the Content Hub from the main dashboard and edit from there—make sure to verify property tags so the right homes are updated.
  • Edits are live immediately, so double-check all info before saving.
