How to answer an Inquiry through Ownerrez
When an email comes through reservations as follows you know there is an inquiry to book a property:

Once you click on the link “View this inquiry” it will take you directly to Ownerrez where you can answer the inquiry with a quote that is automatically generated based on the rates already programmed for the listing or you can answer the inquiry without a quote to get more information from the potential guest. If you answer with a quote you are still able to revised the charges before sending. Once you are happy with the quote you can send it.
