Things to Keep in Mind when Qualifying Leads:

We want to take on high end properties only. Look for homes that are going for around $500K+. They should be in a desirable area, have a pool, be photogenic, and have at least 3 bedrooms. We don’t negotiate on commission except in the case of those who only want to occasionally rent and have very luxury homes. Also be careful that the home is located in a community that is short term rental friendly.

It is a great idea to follow up on any past leads on a regular basis to see where they are at. The process of purchasing/ converting a property to short term rental can be a long one so it is great for potential clients to keep our company in the back of their minds.
