Early Checkin / late checkout process
It must be charged thru Resolution Center if Airbnb.
Check the dates of that request. Check is there a guest checking in on that day or out on that day?
If the request is within a few days of checking in or out work by the following examples:
Example of an Early Check in Request: If Guest 1 is checking out at 10am and Guest 2 is checking in at 4pm on the same day, the Cleaners will need the whole day to get the home cleaned and ready for the next day so a an early check in by Guest 2 will not be possible.
Example of a Late Check out Request: If Guest 2 is arriving the same day as Guest 1 is departing, Guest 1 is not able to check out late for the same reason that the cleaners need the whole day to clean and prepare the home.
If the request to check in early or out late is only in a few weeks or months from the Guest’s reservation, you would inform the Guest the following statment:
“Thank you for your request for an early/ late check- in, we may be able to accommodate your request if we do not have a guest checking in on the same day you depart (Late check out request) or if a guest is checking out the same day you arrive (Early check in request). Please note that there is a $25 late fee charged per hour that you stay at the house and this will be requested through the Resolution Center. Please check back with us 24 hours before your arrival or departure (depending if it is an early check in or late check out request.”
Once you confirm with the dates that the check in early or check out late request is possible on the Ownerrez Calendar, check with the Cleaners Schedule for that house and the cleaner (in there specific cleaning Whatsapp groups) if that would be possible. If confirmed, you may tell the guest. Then make a request in the Whatsapp group “Special Requests” and enter the info: Address, Date, Special Request
