Weddings and Events At The Grand Hacienda
When an inquiry for a wedding comes in you would first take the regular steps in checking availability:
- Check date availability on the Ownerrez Calendar.
- Double check the quoted rates are correct.
- Send them the following reply (Found in the Airbnb/ HA Saved Message Templates)

To let you know how pricing works:
There is a minimum charge of fifteen hundred dollars for the event on top of the reservation fee on the website for the nightly rate total. (The total for the event fee is based on number of guests.)
Here is the pricing breakdown.
Pricing for weddings:
$800 – 20 – 30 guests
$1500 – 30 – 50 guests
$2500 -50 – 75 guests
$3000 – 75 – 100 guests
$3500 – 100 – 200 guests
We also do have a minimum of 3 nights stay required, and that would be a separate cost.
There is a cleaning fee and our base price for the house depends on the date. For additional guests over 12 staying at the house there is a fee of $25 per person, up to 28 people.

Should a potential guest request to take a tour of the property, ask the person to reach out to the Property Area Manager/ Event Manager to schedule a tour directly or ask the person for their number in this format 000 then 000 then 0000 and let them know that someone will reach out to them to set up a time.
