💰 Changing the Charges for a Quote in OwnerRez

Purpose:
To adjust pricing, fees, or other charges on an existing quote before sending to a guest.

Step 1: Access the Quote 🔍

  1. Log in to OwnerRez.
  2. Click Quotes from the left-hand menu.
  3. Locate and click on the quote you want to edit (use filters if needed).

Step 2: Open the Charges Section 🧾

  1. Scroll down to the Charges section of the quote.
  2. Click Change Charges.

Step 3: Edit Charges ✏️

Within the Change Charges window:

  • To edit an existing charge, click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the charge line.
  • To delete a charge, click the Trash (🗑️) icon.
  • To add a new charge, click Add Charge.

You can adjust:

  • Rent amounts 💵
  • Cleaning or pet fees 🐾
  • Taxes or service charges 🧾
  • Discounts or promotions 🎟️

Step 4: Save and Review 💾

  1. After making changes, click Save.
  2. Review the updated charges to ensure everything is correct.
  3. If needed, resend the quote to the guest with a note about the updated pricing.

Notes:

  • Any changes made will not affect automated rules or pricing settings unless manually adjusted again.
  • Always double-check totals and taxes to ensure accuracy before sending to the guest.
