Checking owners mail

When collecting mail at a property do the following:
1. Discard any advertisements, bank special offers, take out menus and coupons, newspapers and magazines (unless Airbnb Magazine, in which case you can leave a copy on the coffee table for the guest)
2. Any mail that looks like a bill, open it up. If it says that the fund will automatically be drafted from the Owners bank about or credit card, for example, a cable bill or phone bill, discard.
3. Should any mail consist of important documents or bills that require payment, need specific attention to the Owner or about the property, such as a Tax property document, take a picture and send it to the owner.
Ask the Owner if they would like you to forward the mail to them or what they would like you do do it the mail.
