Hey, what answers do you need?
PriceLabs Pricing Protocol
1) Make sure all 3 sites are refreshed/ synced so that calendar is updated.
2) Go to Review Prices page and settings should be so that child listings are hidden. Click on the 30 days occupancy column.
3) For all homes that prices are synced… check the top 10-15 that have lowest occupancy to focus on. Make a list of the ones with lowest occupancy and lower prices. Also depending on how low occupancy is, check to see what changes we could also make on the listings.
Plan to revisit those properties in next week to track progress…
4) Do the same thing, click on the 30 day occupancy again which will put the highest occupancy at the top. We may need to raise prices if we are very highly occupied for the coming 30 and 60 days. They should be checked against the owner as calendar to make sure that high occupancy is not caused by a block on the calendar.
5) Pricing should be done on a schedule each week.
