Finding Potential Clients

Finding Leads through Weebly:

Find contact forms that have been filled out by logging into Weebly and going through forms on the dashboard page of the site after logging in.-

Hubspot:

Another way to find those who we have corresponded with in the past, that may not have filled out a form is to login to Hubspot.com using Google, and the hello@easyair account. From there click into the Contacts section. You can then see the conversations with every email we have corresponded with using that hello@easyair email. It gives you the option to categorize emails, or you could keep track of them with an Excel spreadsheet. Hubspot has a lot of great features which we dont fully utilize, that might be helpful.
When dealing with a brand new lead: – Use the Chrome browser and download the Hubspot Extension. When you are on Gmail in Chrome, you can click the small orange hubspot icon to be sure the extension is enabled, and then you should see the Hubspot options at the top of each email. Click on Templates, then add the “Inital Contact with Lead.” Then you have the email template which you can use to insert to the email. Then just personalize the email as you see fit.
