Taking a Booking through Ownerrez

If a potential guest wants to book directly through Ownerrez you can do that by doing the following:

Log into Ownerrez and at the top left of the “Bookings/ Quotes” dashboard you will see a + Create Quote. Click that tab. A pop-up will come up that asks the following:

Create Quote

Quote Type: Quote/ Booking/ Block-Off- Select “Quote”

Select the Property you are looking to quote from the dropdown options.

Select the dates and party size and hit “Create Quote”

It will open a seperate window.

Enter the Guest info (If it is an existing guest the name will come right away as you type it in, if not, you will need to create a new contact by hitting the +Add button)

When adding a contact you will need to add at least the first and last name, an email and contact number. Then hit the “save” button at the bottom.

The quote is then automatically generated based on the rates that have been previously recorded for the property. You will have an opportunity to modify the automatic charges before sending the quote if you need to change the rates or add in any additional fees for example a pet fee or event fee.

As a precaution, always go into that “modify the automatic charges” to make sure that all the charges are accurate and the proper taxes, cleaning fees, property damage coverage and credit card processing fees are included.

Once you are satisfied with the quote you can send the quote at the top right side of the screen by hitting the “send quote” name. It will open into the email template, you are able to include an additional message to the potential guest if needed or use the automatic response already generated. Make sure before sending you select the “send me a copy” button at the bottom of the email then hit “send email”. A copy of the quote will be emailed to the reservations@easyairrentals.com email.
